About Our Founder

Gucci Westman has more than 20 years of professional experience as a major editorial makeup artist, contributing to publications like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar. Position Summary

We are looking for a social media aficionado to join our team as our Creative Content & Community Intern reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Creative Content. The ideal candidate has prior experience working in social media or marketing for a lifestyle brand, is an expert communicator, and passionate about connecting with our highly engaged, beauty-loving audience. This hire will be integral in shaping the voice of our content channels over the 12 week summer internship period.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Manager and Digital teams to assist with social media posting, community management, and content brainstorms
  • Actively engage with the Westman Atelier community and customers
  • Upload videos and build blog posts in website CMS based on content calendars
  • Assist with asset organization and content editing
  • Analyze the effectiveness of content across platforms and provide actionable insights
  • Support on special projects for the brand founder
  • Assist with in-person photo shoots and filming engagements

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Prior experience interning for content, social media, and/or marketing departments; Startup experience or working closely with a brand founder, a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Goal-driven with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
