Position Summary

We are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to execute the day to day needs of the ecommerce channel. This role will focus on overseeing D2C website performance and merchandising, sales acceleration, improving UX, and bolstering brand content. The Ecommerce Manager will report to the Sr. Director of Ecommerce and work beside the wider Digital Team, as well as regularly collaborate across Content, Education, and Operations teams

Responsibilities:

• Creation and ongoing management of all PDPs, PLPs, and landing pages; Manage and strategize weekly homepage refreshes
• Regularly monitor website performance with Google Analytics and action improvements.
• Assist with regular content refreshes and merchandising updates according to marketing focuses.
• Serve as main POC for sales planning support and new product forecasting
• Utilize Shopify Plus and track sales performance against ecommerce KPIs and business goals; own weekly + monthly recaps 
• Identify new ecommerce sales opportunities and lead each initiative to fruition. Partner with Senior Director on digital roadmap and priorities. 
• Liaise with the development agency to QA website deployments and project manage website enhancements.
• Own relationships with third-party partners ensuring that all marketing opportunities are utilized and each tool is optimized for best practices.
• Own ecommerce reporting and data within our BI tool
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Care teams to monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment.
• Work collaboratively across teams to innovate on website features, community engagement, and brand initiatives.

• Bachelor in Business, Graphic Design or related field
• 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, DTC space, preferably in the start-up, beauty or personal care product industry
• Demonstrated experience working with outsourced development teams
• Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel; Shopify, Looker, HTML/CSS, Zendesk, Klaviyo, Asana, and Glew.io experience, a plus
• Strong experience interpreting data and making actionable recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Agile and detail-oriented individual with a knack for data and a customer-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
