Position Summary
The Associate Content Producer will provide day-to-day support across ideation, casting coordination, content creation, and basic budget tracking for content shoots. This role is instrumental in helping the team deliver engaging content that reflects the Westman Atelier brand and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to grow within creative production. This role supports the Sr. Creative Producer, assisting with both hi-fi and lo-fi content needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic product development roadmap that aligns with the brand's clean Assist team in content capture and creation on iPhone, including flexibility to travel with brand founder when necessary.
- Research and outreach to talent for creative projects to meet campaign goals
- Weekly updating of casting documentation and presentation decks. Participate in weekly brainstorms for content themes and contribute ideas to the content calendar.
- Assist with creating visual decks for brand projects for review by senior leaders.
- Provide on-set support during shoots, including day-of logistics and iPhone capture for social-first content when needed.
- Aid with drafting and circulating internal shoot schedules and external call sheets.
- Help update contracts for UGC projects and assist in organizing and archiving creative assets.
- Maintain records of photography usage/timelines and assist with renewals when necessary.
- Support the organization of vendor information, contracts, rates, and creative assets into shared files.
- Collaborate with Brand Marketing and Social teams to ensure smooth handoff of content and assets.
- Maintain our internal asset library.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in a creative production role
- Highly organized
- Understanding of asset and video best practices across the digital and print space
- Strong understanding of talent in the shoot space (model, photographer, locations, stylists, etc)
- Deep knowledge of social and TikTok first trends, with a drive to ensure you stay up to date with trends
- Great attention to detail
- Creative and Strategic
- Strong cross functional partnerships
- Strong brand understanding and taste level
- Startup experience a plus, with the ability to work proactively a must.
